Here at Metal Garden Art by PlazCutz we’re passionate about creating fantastic and beautiful Metal items here in our UK workshop in Morecambe bay.
PlazCutz was started in 2010 and has grown quickly as we offer the best customer experience and service.
All of our items are designed & manufactured by ourselves in house and shipped from our workshop not some fulfilment centre after cheap overseas manufacture.
We love CNC engineering and all aspects of metalwork, making metal art and bespoke items, whether it be a plaque, gate/fence insert, custom garden art or a large batch of CNC machined parts.
All of our uniquely designed Metal Birds, Dogs, Cats and other items are created to enhance outdoor or indoor living space.
We are able to work on one-off R&D prototypes with a rapid turnaround as well as machining of small, medium or large batches of precision components from all grades of metals and plastics.
We use our state of the art CNC Plasma Cutter to manufacture your MetalGardenArt.co.uk items. This enables us to offer the best quality and performance to ensure our products come out perfect and look amazing.
Using CNC Plasma instead of the vastly expensive Laser cutting process enables us to offer our designs at more reasonable prices by passing on the manufacturing savings.
At PlazCutz we only use Premium grade Mild Steel so we can ensure the best quality throughout our Metal Birds and Dogs product range. All of our manufacturing metal waste is recycled via our local metal recyclers helping towards environmental sustainability.

At PlazCutz CNC Engineering & Plasma Cutting, our CNC machines are high performance with multi axis capabilities and have high speed spindles which enables us to considerably beat cycle times and the cost of many of our competitors.
We have also added 4th axis machining capability to our list of services to enable us to produce the more complex components you require and to speed up multi side/opp part machining.

We manufacture various parts and items to our customers requirements using our start of the art CNC Mills, CNC Lathes and CNC Plasma equipment.
This enables us to process orders efficiently and reliably to incredibly high repeatability and standards.
Our capabilities include Bar fed CNC Turning, CNC 4th axis Milling & CNC Plasma profiling all operated with CAD/CAM.
